Product Structure：
- The mobile boarding bridge is mainly composed of three parts: the base body, the lifting mechanism and the 移动机构.
- Base body
- The base body is welded by section steel, and the main body is 18# channel steel, 10# channel steel and various rectangular tubes.
- Lifting mechanism
- 升降机构由三组螺旋支腿组成。
- 移动机构
- 移动机构主要为一对充气轮胎，可在外部结构的牵引力下短距离移动。

焊接工艺
(1) 面板全焊接，强度更高，防渗漏，确保底盘不易生锈且耐用；
(2) 网格细小，按图纸焊接1672个焊点，确保面板强度稳定，延长叉车轮胎使用寿命。
骨架间距
整体梁，间距小于等于300mm，动态受力不变形。
X形加强筋
三角形支撑更稳定，确保支腿受力均匀。
超强承载
升降支撑腿，起重量25吨。
三种防滑坡道可选
菱形网、钢格栅、钢筋
